The honest exception: if we find something genuinely unexpected up there (rotted decking, structural damage), we stop, show you, and explain — before doing anything that costs extra. You approve it or you don't. No surprise line items, ever.
If live moss grows back on the treated areas within 12 months of our visit, we come back and re-treat it free. No service call fee, no debate.
The honest terms: this covers regrowth on surfaces we treated. It doesn't cover brand-new moss mats under a tree you had trimmed afterward, or areas we couldn't safely reach that we told you about upfront. We'll explain exactly what's covered before you book.
We pre-wet all plantings, cover sensitive landscaping, divert downspouts away from garden beds during treatment, and rinse everything thoroughly when we're done.
If we break this: if our work damages your plants, we replace them — same species, comparable size, at our cost. Plant damage from careless spraying is the industry's most avoidable mistake, and we don't make it.
We show up inside the arrival window we give you — not "sometime Tuesday," a real two-hour window.
If we break this: $25 off your job, no questions asked. If we're ever running late, we call before the window closes, not after.
